A few Web 2.0 things
This weekend I looked into quite a few things - actually, I was looking for cool apps I hadn’t heard of before. The first one to talk about is Planzo. Planzo is a nice calendaring app that lets you share calendars online. Adria and I have been talking about a web based calendar that we can both use for a while now. This one seems to work well. It does quite a bit more than just calendaring as well - there are enough features here to let you manage quite a bit of your life on it. I’m liking this quite a bit!
I also found a cool amazon script package - Associate-O-Matic that looks like it will take a lot of the pain out of putting together an Amazon associate site. I have a few places in mind to use this.
I don’t remember if I’ve blogged about it before, but I’ve been using 37 Signals Tada Lists quite a bit. I really like the simplicity of it. I’m planning to start using their BaseCamp soon as well. I really like 37 signals development philosophy.
I looked at Flock - not too excited, I don’t use FireFox.
Did I blog about Riya? I’m anxiously waiting to get on their alpha. The latest word is Wednesday - awesome! It looks to be some of the coolest stuff yet!

Phil - thanks for the kind words. Does Tara have you on the Alpha testing list?
She sure does, my friend! I’ve been talking to others about photo facial recognition for a long time - I’m very much looking forward to it.
