While I’m thinking about good books, James Halperin has written these two very intriguing science fiction books. They are based on scientific research but the research is extrapolated several years out. They both analyze not only potential technological developments but also the moral aspects of those developments. I really enjoyed both of these books – they are semi-sequels to each other with The Truth Machine being first.
