I wrote a review over on the Utah Bloggers site, this was a really fun night! Every time I do an event like this I try to meet as many people as I can but I always miss several. I met a ton of people tonight whose blogs I read regularly and even more people who I’ve not read or met before! I love getting to know people and if I missed meeting you, here’s hoping I do at the next event! I really appreciate the people who were willing to be on our panel, I think they really added to the conference and helped make it a hit.
Now I’m going to work on planning a Geek Dinner for this month and BarCamp Utah keeps coming up as an idea for a great summer event.

Phil, thanks for hunting me down - it was great to meet you in person and to learn from you via the panel. Utah was overdue for an event like this and I’m excited for the next one in a few months. I’ll definitely keep an eye on your blog for updates!
I’m glad it was a success! I would have loved to have been there. I hope there is another one soon.
Seriously Phil, when are you going to get pics up on your Flickr?!?!
(Don’t kill me…)
Phil -
I actually contacted the Salt Lake Tribune, and wasn’t sure they were going to show up. KSL TV was supposed to come as well, but they had to cancel at the last minute, but it sounds like KSL Radio came. Did you hear it on the radio at all?
Russell Page
Easton - I was saddened to read on your blog that you’re moving to AZ! Good luck to you! It was great to meet you finally, you have an awesome blog!
Russell - I appreciate you contacting the media! We did do an interview with KSL Radio and I found the audio archive of a short blurb. I’m going to try to get that and the rest of the interview to post here. I want to take you to lunch and chat with you about a few things. Let’s get in touch!
Amy - Where the HEC is my camera! I need that thing!
Jimmy - Buddies wedding or the Utah Bloggers Conference, tough choice - you chose wrong!
Dude, BarCampUtah as part of BarCampEarth. I will accept nothing less.
Hey Chris - good to hear from ya bro. BarCampEarth? I haven’t heard of that one yet, let’s do it!
