Lindon Utah company SCO has been given written notice by NASDAQ that their stock is too cheap. They’ve been under $1.00/share for too long and unless their stock price raises by Oct 2007, they’ll be de-listed from NASDAQ.

Connect Magazine has a press release this morning that Allegiance has closed $5.7 Million in funding, Congrats guys!
Allegiance is headed by Salt Lake geek Adam Edmunds who founded Silent Whistle before merging with Allegiance Technologies and renaming the company to Allegiance in Sept 2005.
