Utah based Huntsman corp is being bought out by a Dutch company for $9.6 billion! Their IPO 2 years ago was for $1.6 billion, in Feb of this year, the company was valued at $4.6 b.
The Huntsman family owns 24% of the company, which comes to right around $2.2 billion for the Huntsman family. Nice!
