Things are back up and running now, I’ve got a lot of stuff I’m hoping to post over the next few days.
Things have been going really well with development. The new version of the Jungle Engine is finished! Well, it’ll never be finished, the feature list has grown immensely but, it’s up and running and working.
The other big news for us is that we’re planning on opening a private beta to The Daily Spike on this Friday. I’m really excited to get ‘the spike’ out there and have other people start using it. It offers a lot of very unique resources from the blogosphere that I think people will find extremely useful.
In other news, for several reasons – the biggest of which is that once the iPhone release date was announced to be on the day of our conference most of our speakers backed out – we’ve postponed and totally restructured the Utah New Media Conference. My blog (and email) went down right around the time we decided we needed to postpone. For all of you who have contacted me wanting to help out, the new structure/format of the UNMC will offer plenty of opportunity to be involved. We’ll be announcing the realignment in the next few days.
Anyway, it’s good to be back! I’m still working like crazy getting ready for the release at the end of the week so I’m not sure how much blogging I’ll get done right away.
Finally, because we’ve indexed over 400 posts in the last 24 hours that are relevant for iPhone, I compelled to say I’ll probably be the only one around that doesn’t have one. There’s no way I’m going to take a step backwards from my Treo 700W!
